Jan. 1946	Operated sales and repair of electric motors, transformers, and other equipment at 2 Ohiraki, Fukushima Ward, Osaka.
Jul. 1947	Incorporated and renamed Wada Electric Co., Ltd.
May 1949	Became an exclusive distributor of Tokyo Shibaura Electric Co., Ltd. (now Toshiba Corporation) Became a distributor of Nishishiba Electric Co., Ltd.
Oct. 1961	Established Tokyo Branch Office.
Jun. 1963	Became a distributor of Torishima Pump Mfg. Co., Ltd.
Jul. 1965	Became a distributor of Ishikawajima-Harima Heavy Industries Co., Ltd. (now IHI Corporation)
Nov. 1969	Established new head office and relocated to 3-1-11 Ohiraki, Fukushima Ward, Osaka.
Dec. 1972	Increased capital to 48 million yen.
Oct. 1995	Became an exclusive distributor of Nippon Chemi-Con Corporation.
Apr. 2000	Became an exclusive distributor of Toshiba Industrial Products and Systems Corporation.
Apr. 2001	Became a distributor of Voith IHI Paper Technology Co., Ltd.
Oct. 2003	Became a distributor of Toshiba Mitsubishi-Electric Industrial Systems Corporation.
Mar. 2014	Renamed Tokyo Branch Office to Kanagawa Branch Office and relocated to Kawasaki, Kanagawa.
Oct. 2021	Relocated head office to Kita Ward, Osaka.
